This course covers an incredible amount of subject matter, so it's hard to digest it all in one day, but I did find that more than a few of the case studies and some of the articles and standards of practice were already relevant to my good practices as a REALTOR. In other words, everything was relatable and shows me that I belong to an association in line with my professional ethics. Thank you
